How to create an atmosphere of belonging

Focus on the similarities you have with someone else rather than the differences. 

Appreciate and acknowledge people who have different opinions and personalities, acceptance does not mean you have to agree, but hat you know how to respect others.

Try not to judge others that are different than you, judgement builds walls and isolation

Let go of your insecurities.

Fans in the Stands Special Olympics Pep bus:  Thank you to everyone who went on the pep bus to cheer the Victor Special Olympic athletes on.  Everyone definitely knew that Victor was in the house!!! You did an awesome job!  If you weren’t there, you missed a great time.  Here are some photos:
