From the Student Handbook:
Accumulated Absences: Parents/guardians will be notified when students reach four and eight absences.Students who accumulate a total of eight or more absences, excused or unexcused, in any one class in a semester and who do not have prior Board approval.
1. Will meet with the Principal to set up an attendance appeal committee meeting.
2. Will be counted as unexcused for all subsequent absences in that class. This means that students will not be allowed to make up credit for any work missed and will receive a no credit for those day’s activities.
3. Will not be allowed to miss school for any school activities such as field trips.
4. Will be considered ineligible for athletic activities.

- MSVB VS Drummond Tournament (A) 8 AM. Bus leaves at 6AM Go Pirates Beat Everyone in Drummond

Great Job FFA! It was great seeing all of the blue and gold jackets at our school yesterday. Way to represent!
Anyone interested in being on a livestock Judging team for FFA needs to attend our meeting on Wednesday @ 7:45am in the Ag room. There are two competitions coming up that we need to discuss and teams need to be formed.

Victor School, and the Mary Stuart Rogers Performing Arts Center, are proud to once again host the Ravalli County Aid for Mammography Fund benefit variety show "The Power of Pink." We are in need of a few student helpers for the show. Please see Mr. Arvish by Thursday to volunteer.

Mrs. Taylor still needs a mentor for 5th & 6th grade keyboarding class which is 7th hour.
Students in Grades 7 through 12 are invited to be a part of the Governor and First Lady Youth Leadership Council to help us fight childhood hunger.
More info in the counseling office. Apply by October 2nd.
Tobacco Free Ravalli and Western Montana Addiction Services are recruiting high school students for the reACT! Against Corporate Tobacco and YAP! Youth Advocating Prevention Youth Coalition. Our first meeting is Thursday September 24th from 9am to 3pm at Western Montana Addiction Services. Applications in the counseling office.
