Students, you all took a survey a couple weeks ago about which sports you would like to see at Victor.  A surprising number of both boys and girls indicated soccer as a sport they would like to participate in.  Soccer is a fall sport and would be played at the same time as Volleyball and Football.  If you are seriously interested in playing soccer, please plan on staying after Ethos on Monday.
Yearbook needs your out of school activity pictures. Bring your hockey, rodeo, archery, baseball, firefighting, basket weaving, yada, yada, yada pictures, in!

One last thought about the importance of trees. This short film was recently featured at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. It tells the story of one of the hardest hit towns after the Fukushima Dachai nuclear disaster. “The Tsunami and the Cherry Blossom” is by the same film maker who made “Wasteland” about the trash recyclers of Rio de Janero and their encounter with artist, Vik Muniz. Many of you have seen it!

The State Horse Competition will not be at the convention this year. It will be held in Lodge Grass on April 9th. If you would like to compete at this contest please come to a meeting today at lunch. I do not want to drive all the way to Lodge Grass without a full team that has put in some practices. These are the students that did well at JDAE for horse: Haylea Wemple, Camille Drewien, Taylor Seppel, Gracie Smith. Anyone who is interested is welcome.

I would like to meet with FFA officers during lunch time today.
