1st Grade:
Congratulations to these 1st graders for earning their Book It reading rewards!
2nd Grade: The second grade are finishing up clay sculptures in art. Reading and thinking about Martin Luther King Jr. and how we can accept people who they are and show respect to everyone. We are tying it into Kelso’s choices.

Alaina’s Black Bear takes a long snooze for winter.
Brrr! It’s cold these days! In art class we talked about how Montana animals cope during winter and depicted one of
the ways they survive during a cold winter--hibernation. Great job 2nd grade!

3rd Grade: The third grade class has been learning about measuring length, area, perimeter, and temperature! This week we will be learning more about weight! Fun Facts…
4th Graders are experimenting with paper and styrofoam cup string telephones to discover how sound travels.
5th Grade:
Kudos to Daniel Crosbie, Spencer Gabbard and Abel Rowlan for competing in the Geo Bee and a big Congratulations to Jackson Landon for finishing in 3rd place!

Mrs. O’Leary deposited $250 in Box Tops for Education money this week. Keep up the good work students and teachers alike and keep bringing in the box tops.
Little Pirate Basketball will have their first ball game on Saturday night at the Victor vs. Darby game. Players need to be here by 5:30 and ready to play. Grades 2 and 3 will play the first game and grades 3 and 4 will play the second game
