This week’s Theme:
Heroes
Volunteer firefighting is a very rewarding and valuable way to serve and give back to your community. You will also learn new skills and develop an extraordinary camaraderie among your fellow firefighters. Your Montana community needs you; over 400 of the 435 total fire departments in the state rely on volunteer personnel. If Not You, Then Who!!!!
Will the following students stay after to meet with Mrs. Taylor for a moment today: Madison Allred, Eli Rosen, Cassidy Buchanan, Jerod Halley, Cassidy Alber & Caleb Rosen.
We will be starting the Golden Tickets again this week. Our focus is being to class on time and prepared. Each week Golden Tickets will be drawn for hot chocolate. Also, each quarter a Golden Ticket will be drawn for a larger prize (Like a Sony Walkman, a 110 camera, or an 8 Track Player).
There is a No Hat rules in Victor School. Although the rule was accidently omitted from the handbook last year, the rule still applies. Detentions will be written for wearing hats in the building. This includes Hoods and other head coverings!

Counseling Office News: Junior and Seniors who are interested in being a mentor for younger students, please sign up at the counseling office. Mentors will meet with a student for one class period a week to do fun things and build a friendship. This is a great opportunity to get volunteer hours. One of our students in the past received $1000 scholarship for his time as a mentor. If you are already helping in an elementary classroom you may be signed up to help students in your Mentor Class also. Victor Schools will have a training at lunchtime soon for all mentors. Pizza will be provided.
