Second Grade:

Third Grade:  The 3rd graders just finished Smarter Balanced
Testing, and did such an amazing job that they earned a special
prize!  Wonder what it will be?!?!

Fourth Grade:
Nurse Kara came to the 4th grade to teach us about germs!

Fifth grade:

Jaquie Stevens is a famous Native
American artist who is known for combining clay pots with
basket fiber. Stevens is a member of the Winnebago Tribe of
Omaha, Nebraska and was raised by her grandmother who was
a basket weaver . Jaquie was introduced to ceramics when she
took a class from a professor who was from the Hopi tribe. Here
is an example of her fine work.
The 3rd graders have made their coils pots and added stakes.
They will be twining basket cane this week to complete their
work. (Twining means they will be weaving 2 strands at the
same time).
