In one of his most famous Cold War speeches, President Ronald Reagan

Art News:
Victor Pirates on the Caribbean? Yep!
Here’s a story from West Indies, a region in the North Atlantic
which includes island nations in the Caribbean Sea.

Plastic pollution, overfishing and climate change is bad news in our oceans
. We should all do what we can every day for our beautiful earth.

So, here’s some good news! Team PIRATES! Has earned $1,000
towards the Students Rebuild Ocean Challenge for education programming
such as Veta’s “Fish and Fins” program.
We are targeting our help for students in the Dominican Republic
and the Bahamas.

A tip of the hat to the artists who made ocean-related artwork
for this fundraiser. We sent real prints and drawings,
as well as a lot of digital images which will be shared
at the Shedd Aquarium, this summer in Chicago.

Science Fact:  It’s impossible to burp in space.
When you burp on Earth, gravity keeps down the solids and liquids
from the food you’ve just eaten, so only the gas escapes from your mouth.
In the absence of gravity, the gas can’t be separated from the liquids and solids,
and it becomes impossible to burp without also throwing up.
