DMA: October 29, 2012

Quote of the Day:

The three rules of the San Francisco Giants:

1)  Respect the game
2)  Be a good team mate.
3)  Compete.

Congratulations to our Lady Pirates Volleyball team and our Pirate Football Team.  Both of them finished their seasons.  Our Ladies bowed out in the district tournament with a loss to Lincoln (in a nice, cozy warm gym) while our Football team lost a tough game 36-22 on the frozen tundra of Ch-Ch-Chinook.

We are all very, very proud of your effort and commitment to each other.

Big shout outs for last Thursday's Pep Assembly and the Pep Buses to both Valley and Chinook:  Mr. and Mrs. Pings for being chaperones; Ms. Anderson for a wonderful pep rally; Ms. Wildey, Ms. Lyngstad, Ms. Peltier and Ms. Neville for for riding the bus all the way to Chinook; and big thanks to Majestic Bus Service and Farmers State Bank for helping to make these Pep Buses possible!  Most of all, we want you  to know we support you!
