Maneki Neko Cat by Hannah Bierer
This is the Japanese “Good Fortune” or “Welcoming” cat. It wears a collar, bib and bell like cats from rich households in ancient Edo during the 1600-1800s. Edo is now known as Tokyo. With a raised left paw it gestures towards you in order to bring you good fortune and wealth. Two paws up means you will keep your good fortune.
Good luck, Pirates!!!
