WUI?
Fire HAPPENS. If you live in the Wilderness Urban Interface--
do what you can to clear and reduce fuels on your property
and have an evacuation plan should you get notice to leave during a wildfire.

Three things in real estate matter:
Location, Location and Location.
That being said, if houses in WUI zones catch fire, it diverts
resources from fire fighting in wilderness areas.
Floating embers are a huge problem.
Firefighters don’t fire proof your home.
Even if you are not a property owner
it is your responsibility to be ready for an emergency.
