This is a serious activity. There should be no talking or laughing.
Please have a respectful attitude.


  • Everyone should have a notecard and a pencil
  • Number the notecard 1-10
  • DO NOT WRITE YOUR NAME- This activity is completely anonymous
  • Answer each question with a yes or no
  • Please answer honestly

Questions:
  1. Do you practice a religious faith?
  2. Do you have someone close to you that you consider a hero?
  3. Do you have divorced parents?
  4. Has a teacher in our school made a positive difference in your life?
  5. Have you ever experienced the effects of drug addiction or alcoholism in your family?
  6. Have you ever worked really hard on something and been proud of the outcome?
  7. Have you ever felt lonely?
  8. Has a pet ever brightened your day?
  9. Has someone at school ever brightened your day?
  10. Do you feel that you have a purpose?
When you are done please pass your notecards to the inside isle
where an honor society member can collect them.
